Russia Tour Conditions 2008

Classical Russia
Deposit: $500 per person upon reservation.
Final payment is due 60 days prior to the commencement of the tour.
Cancellation:
Up to 75 days prior to commencement of tour, $250 is non-refundable; 74-61 days prior, the deposit $500 is non-refundable; 60-45 days prior, up to 40% of the tour price is non-refundable; 44-30 days prior, up to 60% of the tour price is non-refundable; 29-15 days prior, up to 80% of the tour price is non-refundable; 14-7 days prior,  80% of the tour price plus any additional charges assessed by hotels or suppliers.

Between 7 days or less prior to the commencement of the tour, or if the participant is a ‘no show’ the entire tour price as invoiced must be considered non-refundable. 

Visa fee.  This fee is completely non-refundable once the visa has been applied for, no matter how far in advance of the commencement date of the tour.
