Terms and Conditions
Classical Russia
Deposit: $500 per person upon reservation.
Final payment is due 60 days prior to the commencement of the tour.
Cancellation:
Up to 75 days prior to commencement of tour, $250 is non-refundable; 74-61 days prior, the deposit $500 is non-refundable; 60-45 days prior, up to 40% of the tour price is
non-refundable; 44-30 days prior, up to 60% of the tour price is non-refundable; 29-15 days prior, up to 80% of the tour price is non-refundable; 14-7 days prior, 80% of the tour price plus any additional charges assessed by hotels or suppliers.
Between 7 days or less prior to the commencement of the tour, or if the participant is a ‘no show’ the entire tour price as invoiced must be considered non-refundable.
Visa fee. This fee is completely non-refundable once the visa has been applied for, no matter how far in advance of the commencement date of the tour.
Trip cancellation insurance up to the total price of the tour plus the visa consulate fee is highly recommended at the time of deposit.

Deposit: $500 per person upon reservation.
Final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to commencement of tour, or upon invoicing.
Cancellation:
Up to 60 days prior to the commencement of tour, the deposit is non-refundable; 59-30 days prior, up to 40% of the tour price is non-refundable; 29-5 days prior, up to 50% of the tour price is non-refundable; 4 days or less prior, up to 75% can become non-refundable.

Deposit: $300 per person upon reservation.
Final payment is due 60 days prior to the commencement of the tour or upon invoicing.
Cancellation policy:
The deposit is to be considered non-refundable if cancellation occurs between 70-60 days prior to the commencement of the tour. Between 59-45 days prior to the commencement of the tour, 25% of the tour price is non-refundable; 44-30 days prior, 50% of the tour price is
non-refundable; between 29-10 days prior, up to 75% of the tour price is non-refundable; between 9 days or less prior, or “no-show”, the entire tour price is non-refundable.
Trip cancellation in the full amount of the price is highly recommended.
Customized Tours & Just Packages ® Series
Deposit: From $250 to $500 total upon reservation.
Final payment is due at least 60 days prior to USA departure or upon invoicing.
Cancellation. Due to the nature of customized tours and individual packages, a specific policy will be advised at the time of requesting services. Conditions can vary depending on the specific hotel, season and on the individual policies of our local suppliers, drivers and driver/guides.
Trip Cancellation insurance is highly recommended when not included in the tour features.
Responsibility Clause
Five Star Touring Inc. has produced its tours working with companies responsible for land arrangements. Although we are the principal, taking great care in choosing our suppliers, we do not control them, and therefore, cannot be responsible for their acts of omission. The travel services are subject to conditions imposed on these suppliers who may limit their liability by tariffs, contracts and international arrangements. Absent our negligence, we cannot assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damage, cost of expenses arising out of injury, accident, death or damage, loss or delay of baggage or other property, or delay, inconvenience, or loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from the following: (1) the act of omission of any person or firm other than Five Star Touring Inc.; (2) mechanical breakdowns, government actions, weather or other factors beyond our control; (3) failure to follow instructions including but not limited to check-in and check-out times and baggage handling. We reserve the right to alter the itinerary as may be deemed desirable or in the best interest of the party as a whole. The right is reserved to cancel the tour prior to departure and to decline to accept or retain any person for the tour. In the case of cancellation by Five star Touring Inc., all monies received will immediately be refunded to the participant without delay. Five Star Touring Inc reserves the fight to adjust US Dollar prices in line with fluctuations in the foreign exchange markets. The payment for a reservation on any tour or package shall constitute consent to all provisions herein. All prices on this website are based on tariffs and rates of exchange as of January 15, 2008.
